Cancellation of Orders
The Customer can proceed with the cancellation of the order not yet processed by sending an e-mail to info@agriculturesparepart.com

Withdrawal Method
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

1) The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.
2) The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);
3) To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided;
4) By the law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer;
5) The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer; In the event of damage to the goods during transport, KNT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ . will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request KNT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ . is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. Suppose the package and/or the original packaging are damaged. In that case, KNT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ . will deduct a percentage from the refund due as a contribution to the restoration costs, or cancel the right of return.

Withdrawal Procedure
The procedure to be followed established by KNT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ once the Customer has decided to exercise the right of withdrawal are:

1) Sending registered mail with return receipt to the following address: Mimar Sinan Mahallesi Yedpa Ticaret Merkezi No:1 ATASEHIR / ISTANBUL / TURKEY
2) Waiting for confirmation of receipt by registered mail from KNT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ .
3) Sending the package according to the methods illustrated.

KNT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, within 30 days of receiving the return, by bank transfer if the product(s) sent to the customer does not match with the customer’s order. Therefore, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder)

When does the right of withdrawal expire?
The right of withdrawal is lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where KNT AUTOMOTİVE LTD. ascertain:

1. Even partial use of the goods and any consumables;
2. The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
3. Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
4. The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
5. In the cases indicated above KNT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender;
6. Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
